Paychex Login Issues

Please go to https://www.paychex.com/login 

When attempting to login, please navigate to the right hand side of your screen. 

click on the '?' mark in the lower right hand corner

a list will pop up - select 'none of these'

another list will pop up - select 'live agent' - 'yes'

You will then get a 'privacy' message from the support team - it might take a couple of minutes

You will then get a message for your tech support person that they have open the chat - and then a message from them

Explain to them what the issue is thoroughly, the more information you can give them the better, and they should be able to help.


 

This is what is currently listed in Paychex for your primary user info:
(ATTENTION PAYROLL! YOU WILL NEED TO UPDATE WITH THE EEs ACTUAL ACCOUNT DETAILS)


If the above information is incorrect, please let Payroll know so we can send you the reset link.

If Paychex is unable to help you log into their system, please send Payroll a screenshot of the error message you are receiving so that we can look into on your behalf.
