How to Reset Citrix Workspace App

To help you with this, please use the troubleshooting steps below.
First is to Clear Cache your Chrome Browser:
- In Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click the three-vertical dots and then Delete browsing data.
- Choose Advanced
- Choose All-Time
- Select default or the types of information you want to remove.
- Click Delete data.
Next, we need to reset the Citrix app to clear its previous sessions.
Procedure to reset on Windows OS:
- In the lower right corner, near the clock, select the up arrow.
- Right-click on the Citrix Workspace icon
- Select Troubleshooting then click Reset AppData
- Select Reset Citrix Workspace
- Click on Reset Citrix Workspace and respond Yes when prompted to confirm your choice
After the steps, close your browser then re-launch. Login to your Citrix account then click Open or Restart. Citrix should run without a problem. Make sure to launch tools one at time.
