DailyPay New Pricing - Instant & Standard Transfers and Important Information

Hello Valorians,

We offer DailyPay® so you don’t have to wait for payday to get the money you’ve already worked for. With DailyPay, you can see how much you’ve made every day and you can transfer your money before payday. We are excited to announce that starting on November 01, 2022 DailyPay will change its pricing to offer two new $0 fee transfer options! There is a small increase in the fee for instant transfers as indicated below.

  

IMPORTANT DAILYPAY INFORMATION

 

 

  • If you are an active DailyPay user and want to change your personal bank account, you will need to contact DailyPay as you will not have access in Paychex to make direct deposit changes.
  • If you change your bank account details in Paychex to your personal bank information, Daily Pay will suspend your account in their system and you will not have access to requests any transfers until your Paychex bank account has been updated with your Daily Pay's Wells Fargo Bank details. 
  • This is an advance on your expected earnings and Daily Pay may provide you up to 50% to use daily for a fee ranging from $0.00 - $3.49 per transfer only on APPROVED HOURS. There is a report generated from CATO that is sent daily on your approved timecards/hours. If your timecard has not been approved, you will need to reach out to your TM/OM or the time will not be included on the report to DailyPay.
  • You will be paid from Valor Global for all actual hours worked on the 15th and end of month (by the end of business depending on your bank which we have no control over). However, if either day falls on a weekend or a holiday, you will be paid on the Friday before. These funds are sent to Daily Pay and once all the advances & fees are deducted, Daily Pay will transfer any remaining balance to your personal bank account. There is not a fee to transfer the remaining balance.
  • You are paid by Valor Global, LLC and the net funds earned will be deposited to your DailyPay Wells Fargo account which you are required to have on file in Paychex.
  • If you are a salaried employee, you will not have access to your earnings until the 4th day of every pay period. This means for the first 3 days of the pay period, you will not be able to transfer any of your earnings.
  • If you no longer want to use DailyPay, you will need to contact them and once the account is cancelled, they will notify us. Then you can have access to change your direct deposit in Paychex.
